About IES 2019

 The Asia-Pacific Symposium on INTELLIGENT AND EVOLUTIONARY SYSTEMS first took place in 1997 in Canberra and since then, the Asia-Pacific IES Symposiums have become prestigious incubators of research ideas, as well as facilitators of research collaboration. The Symposiums aim to bring together researchers and practitioners from countries of the Asia-Pacific Region in the fields of intelligent systems and evolutionary computation to present ongoing work, exchange ideas, and discuss future collaboration. Researchers from elsewhere interested in collaboration with researchers from the Asia-Pacific Region are most welcome.

The 23rd edition of the conference, IES 2019, will be held in Tottori, Japan, during December 6-8, 2019, and organized by Tottori University.

IES 2019 welcomes fundamental science, methodology, method, and practical application papers in the IES Symposiums’ traditional range of topics, which includes but is not limited to:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

 The IES 2019 Organizing Committee would like to cordially invite you to submit your work to the 2019 Conference on the 23rd Asia Pacific Symposium on Intelligent and Evolutionary Systems (IES 2019), which will be held in Tottori, Japan on December 6-8, 2019.

 

IES 2019 proceedings is published as the series of Proceedings in Adaptation, Learning and Optimization of Springer.

Notification of Acceptance :Fri. September. 27th, 2019


Camera-Ready due :Fri. October. 11th, 2019

SUBMISSION FORMAT

All manuscripts submitted should be full papers and prepared according to the templates (Click Here).

About Camera ready manuscript: - Camera ready paper manuscripts(Springer Templates Here) and Springer copyright forms(Downloard From Here) are due on September 6th, 2019.

Manuscripts should be full papers prepared according to the template of Springer Book Series: “Proceedings in Adaptation, Learning and Optimization”.

 

The recommended length of a manuscript is 12 pages, while the maximum 

length should not exceed 15 pages.

Color figures are possible.

Each submission should be uploaded as a single file, in PDF format only.

Submission to the Easy Chair system.


All submissions will undergo a detailed peer review process.

Full papers will be reviewed for timeliness, novelty, scientific quality, sound methodology and use of appropriate analysis techniques.

NOTE : At least one author of every accepted paper must be registered before November 16th.

If not, the paper will be not included in the proceedings.

–Pre-registration page will close at Dec. 1th. Please register as soon as possible.

–On-site registration will available at the registration desk on Dec. 6-8.

–Each paper *MUST* have at least one Full Registration no later than November 16, 2019, even though the first author is student or all the authors are students.

–One registration covers one paper.
